Naked Scanning OK
It's official. Use of the devices at airports for scanning your body and producing a nude photo is A-OK, subject to some notice on rule-making.
Among the claims rejected: "Last, the petitioners claim the use of AIT violates the RFRA, 42 U.S.C. section 2000bb et seq., because revealing a person's naked body "offends the sincerely held beliefs of Muslims and other religious groups."

J AnsolabehereWith a titanium knee, I either go through the special scanner or get the full pat down. I've done both, and I'll take the scanner. It's over in about 5 seconds. You better allow 10 to 20 minutes for a pat down depending on the number of people going through security at the time.
