Wasn't there a thread several months ago on this topic??? I searched and didn't find it, I have a defense lawyer that buries "Open Records" requests within the body of a discovery motion, and asks for production of the offense report, which he knows he can't have. I'm tired of having to risk giving up an offense report if I don't ask for an A.G. opinion.
