So our court woke me up and announced they wanted to implement this program described in House Bill 2833, last regular session. I see a tri-part decision tree:
1. Court adopts order requiring Subchapter F of Chapter 233 of the LGC be enforced;

2. Court adoption of a form for the builder notice of its construction to the county that either meets one of the the Comm Court selected codes:
a. International Residential Code of May 1, 2008 or
b. International Residential Code that is applicable in the county seat of my county;

3. Court adoption of a form for a notice stating whether the final inspection showed compliance with the adopted standard and the location of its filing in:
a. County department one
b. County department two
c. Ad infinitum

So has anyone done this yet? What am I missing?
