Okay,
I have about 3 to 4 miles of county road damaged by an oil company. License and weight has filmed road and spoken to drivers who admit to traveling the road for 4 or 5 years 12-14 times a day. They have a state permit. The Commissioner sent the company a bill for 32 base failures @ $3,900 each for $124,800.00 No surprise they said they would pay $10,000
Any ideas for enforcement?
