I represent CPS in Bastrop County and we have a contested placement case coming for hearing 4.4.08 regarding adoptive placement. The other side is using Susan McMillan, presumably from Austin, as an expert witness regarding bonding and attachment issues. Does anyone have experience working with or against Susan McMillan?
