Has anyone written a summary judgment to overcome an inverse condemnation claim? I don't want to reinvent the wheel. Thanks!

I've looked through our old stuff, but I don't think we've had an inverse condemnation claim against us in recent memory. But I'll bet Harris County has. Folks in Travis County are pretty litigation happy, too, so I would be inclined to contact those offices directly in your situation.
