I am trying to cobble together an "Abatement Procedure" for rubbish, etc. under Health & Safety Code Sec. 343.022 for our county commissioners to adopt. We are specifically interested in passing the cost of clean-up on to the offending party.
Has anyone adopted any procedures under 343.022 or considered it? If you did, may I look at the result? If you chose not to, what do you use and how well does it work?
