fees and fines collection contract

I am looking for a fees and fines collection contract. Please let me know if your county has entered into such a contract under Code of Crim. Proc. 103.0031. Thanks.

Our county has such a contract. It was drafted, however, by the firm that is handling the collections. I will be glad to see if I can get a copy faxed to you if you will let me have your fax number.
