Our sheriff's deputy who serves civil papers came to me yesterday with several questions about writs of execution. Among those were how should the advertisement in the paper read. Apparently this is the first piece of property in a long time that has been levied against that is going to actually be sold (it's real property).

Does anyone have a form for the notice to be put in the paper and/or posted? Also, does anyone have a form for a sheriff's deed? My email is jtirey@halecounty.org.
