Surely somebody has been down this road before. Juvenile gets picked up with drugs and PD wants to forfeit contraband currency. Who gets served on behalf of the juvenile? I assume you serve the parent as guardian or next friend. Any help or reference is greatly appreciated.

In Tarrant County, we serve both the juvenile and the parent or guardian as next friend. See O'Connor's commentary as to who to serve - pg 125 in the Civil Trials 2004 for a starting point. Good luck!
