I have a daubert hearing coming up regarding the canine handler on a civil forfeiture case. Has anyone done one of these before and do you have a list of questions for the expert (dog handler)? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Depending on how you plan to use this evidence, you might be able to argue that Daubert does not apply. Look at US v. Outlaw, 134 F.Supp.2d 807 (2001).
