I wanted a new computer built for use at home. I contacted a friend of mine that I knew could buy all the part to build a computer and asked him what it would cost for him to build me one. He told me it would be $700 with shipping after he put everything together. I mailed him a casher check for the amount. That was back in Mid November. He moved and called me to tell me know there would be a delay in getting me the computer. It has been 2 Months and now he does not return my phone calls or e-mails. I have been calling him everyday and leaving messages. I feel that I have been taken for that $700 and want to know if there is any legal action I can take to get the money or product?
