I am looking for a jury charge for a civil recommitment trial we have scheduled for April 25. Our defendant was found not guilty by reason of insanity and then committed to the state hospital in Big Spring. Last year the DA, the defendant’s attorney and the judge agreed not to bring him back for a hearing, and the judge recommitted him. This year his attorney has asked for a jury trial. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
