Have you seen a paper, been to a seminar or have otherwise gained knowledge of HIPAA and it's implications to CPS work? For example, in an investigation will TFC Section 261.305 and the court order still suffice as access irregardless of HIPAA implications? What about otherwise obtained medical information, like the hospital as the reporter..........? Any thoughts?
