D HunterBogus Commercial Lein filed
Has anyone had any experience with dealing with Republic of Texas filing any BOGUS Commercial Leins. At this time, there have been approx. four Judges and three Attorneys that have had leins filed through the Secretary of the States office. What steps are needed to get these actions removed.

Scott BrumleySection 51.903 of the Government Code lays out the procedure and even provides the forms for use in a proceeding for judicial review to declare the invalidity of such liens. Once you obtain a section 51.903 judicial finding, section 51.905 authorizes a certified copy of that finding to be filed with the secretary of state.

Ken SparksCheck out Penal Code Sec. 32.49. Send written notice to execute a release of the lien. If the release is not given, file a criminal case. See related statutes: Penal Code Sec. 32.48, 37.13 and 37.101.
