Not wanting to reinvent the wheel, I'm looking for someone to share a copy of a commissioners court resolution used to kick off the condemnation procedure (declaring public necessity for the aquisition of the property, etc.).

Also, any other materials, pointers, etc. you can share would be appreciated. I have a copy of Robert J. Montgomery's Eminent Domain article and forms from 2001.
