Rich WardConsulting attorney for civil process questions
Does anyone have experience with a private attorney or law firm that can be consulted on questions concerning civil process?
This would include topics such as writs of execution, sheriff’s sales, writs of garnishment, stock seizures and sales. The topics that our sheriff has are often obscure.
We are looking for an attorney or law firm that is competent, experienced, prompt, and who charges reasonable but fair rates.
Thanks.
