Tex. Local Gov't Code § 263.007 allows you to sell real property through sealed bid. I've never done this. This procedure does NOT require an appraisal. Do anyone have any written procedures that we can use as a guide to adopt here in Jones County? Any other thoughts on the issue? Thanks.
