motion for summary judgment (asset forfeiture)

I'm looking for a sample motion for summary judgment for an asset forfeiture case. The TDCAA 2010 Guide to Asset Seizure & Forfeiture has a sample order, but not a sample motion. Does anyone know where I can find one?
