I had a Final Protective Order hearing yesterday and the Respondent was unruly. The Judge found him to be in contempt of court and sentenced him to 30 days in jail. (He happens to already be in jail for family violence and arson.) The Judge has asked that I prepare an order. Does anyone have one?
