Ray, I am revieving a contract for a prescription drug program for county residents who don't have insurance etc. presented by NACO. I believe it is the National Assc. of Counties.
I am told by the vendor that Tarrant County is participating in the program. If so, have you looked at that contract and did you change or add anything to it?
