Could those of you who do Emergency Protective Orders under Human Resource Code 48.208 please share a set of your forms with me? Whatever you have would be greatly appreciated.

Our judges had preferred to use the emergency ex parte temporary guardianship procedure, but in the wake of HB 2189 it appears that remedy is gone.
