Do any other counties provide office space to their legislators (whether by donation, lease, or however) in a county building, and if so, what sort of arrangement do you have?

The State has an agency and a form they use for this type of lease. It is fairly non-negotiable as I recall. Your legislator needs to check with the agency that does this leasing. I cannot for the life of me remember their name.
