Anyone draw up an order under this section? The statute says:
"A copy of the order shall be filed in the deed records of the county and serves as the official instrument of conveyance from the county to the owner of the abutting property."
I'm looking to see how others have written the order, taking care to insure the abutting owners get clear title.

We have filed an excerpt from the Commissioners Court minutes which contains the motion, votes, and the signature / certification page. I think that is about as close as a Commissioners Court comes to an "order"!
