My county surveryor has signed off on a Veterans Land Program Subdivision Requirements Notice. THe document calls for the placement of a city or county seal, and he adamantly maintains that it will not be accepted without said seal.

My instincts say the seal should be for official acts of the Commissioners Court or Judge, but I can't seem to find statutory authority. (I may be barking up the wrong tree- err - rock?)

ANy ideas?
