The notice purports that this witness will testify that it is a common misconception for truck drivers who drive CNG gas containers to believe that hey are attached to a bomb on the back of their cars and that the noise that the defendant heard was NOT from a car driving into his rear, but by a gas tank explosion. This is for a FSGI case. Has anyone had any dealings with this expert? Thanks!
