The defense has designated Dr. Michael C. Gottlieb as an expert in my upcoming death penalty trial. I expect he will testify about the defendant's difficult childhood. I see where he has testified in sexual assault/indeency cases, but has anyone had any experience with him in a death penalty case? Thanks
