Has anyone used a professor, or other expert, to discuss cell phone towers in a trial? Our cell phone company is refusing to send us an engineer to testify in an upcoming trial due to "policy changes."

I wasn't aware that a private company's "policy changes" trumped a subpoena or writ of attachment.

DPS in Austin has a TRAC division. I've had a case where they did the tower mapping for me and testified. The person I used was Jeff Marshall.
