Robert Dean is looking for any information or input on a Gerald Hurst of Austin Texas. His area of purported expertise is fire science and arson investigation He will be testifying in a post-conviction proceeding regarding an arson-murder case. He is claiming that the defense counsel at trial were ineffective for not locating him as an expert.
