Chesson is a psychiatrist out of LSU-Shreveport Health Science Center who is going to testify that the two rapes of different victims may very well have occurred while the defnedant was sleepwalking.

Anyone heard of this guy or a successful defense of this type.

Any recommendations who a good expert who might contradict this guy?

We have a 15 Nov 2004 court-martial date on this guy.
