Has anyone actually seen this SHSU prof testify or had an opportunity to cross-x him? He holds himself out as an expert witness in domestic violence, and I have found where he has testified before the Leg in support of a victim's bill that we also supported. But here in Beaumont it is clear that he is being offered to give testimony regarding traumatic amnesia in domestic violence victims. I have a Daubert/Kelly and possible cross Monday.
