Good morning, y'all. I have a plain ole manslaughter coming up (no intox) in about 3 weeks and I got notice of Joe Montgomery as an expert for the defense. I did a search on here and saw he was possible an expert in one of Richard Alpert's cases back in '05. Has anyone had him testify in any cases?
