Anyone know anything about a DNA expert named William Joseph Watson who was formerly with Cellmark and is now officing out of Tennessee?

My office (Tarrant County) used Bill quite a lot as a DNA expert when he was in the North Texas Metroplex. Even when he moved out of state, we continued to use him. He is probably one of the best DNA experts I have ever encountered. He knows what he is doing and makes a very good witness. I think he got his PhD about two years ago.
