This is guy is designated as an expert in a FSRA-death case.

My victim was on a motorcycle and defendant crossed 4 lane highway w/large median before racing in front of my guy who was traveling at or under the posted speed limit of 60 mph.

It's been suggested the expert will testify that my victim's speed was a mitigating factor to defendant's acts...?????

If anyone knows anything about this guy -- please let me know.
