Has anyone had the unpleasant experience of having to file a Petition for Removal of a local elected official under Section 87.015 of the Local Govt. Code? If so, do you have a sample form of such a petition that I might be able to look at? I have been unable to locate a form.

This last year has seen lots of action in removal petitions. The County Attorney in Williamson County just concluded a removal suit against the Sheriff. You can call that office at 512-943-1111.
