I have a juvenile respondent that has two petitions. One petition in is County Court 1 Sitting as a Juvenile Court, and the other is in County Court 2 Sitting as a Juvenile Court. The petition in Court 1 is pending. The petition in Court 2 has been adjudicated, and the juvenile is on probation. We want to move the petition from Court 1 to Court 2 so the juvenile can be handled by the same judge. Does anyone have a motion to move Court 1's case to Court 2?
