Go-by needed for court-ordered DPA
Have a sex assault case (10 y.o. male on 7 y.o. male). The parents of the victim are insistent that the 10 y.o. not be adjudicated at this point and want the State to proceed with a court-ordered DPA to get the 10 y.o. counseling.

As embarassing as this is to admit--we have never done a court ordered DPA agreeement. Once we file a petition, we follow through with the adjudication. In this case, we want it court-ordered so that it can run for a full year (with a court extension) instead of the usual six months. If someone would be so kind as to share the forms you use for such a situation I would appreciate it.

and just add the Judge's signature to the signature lines on our regular deferred pack and put a title on the top that reads:
