Best of the Year
I am doing a summary of the case law for the Court of Criminal Appeals at the annual seminar in Corpus Christi in September. Do you have any particular favorites among the cases for the last term? And it is a given that the Butt Crack Case is on the Best Of List.

Martin PetersonThere were a great number of important decisions. Among those that I think affected us the most are:
Hampton, No. 362-02;
Hernandez, No. 2053-01;
Lafleur, No. 1447-02;
Ramirez, 1464-01;
Watts, No. 2115-01;
McDaniel, 744-02;
Zuliani, 1168-01;
Otto, No. 1801-99 and
Dyar, No. 1794-01. But you are right,
McGee has to top most anyone's list.
