BOLO: Judge Cochran, in an opinion today identifies "weasel words" in a trial court's findings of fact. So now we can "ferret out" the "weasel words."

That phrasing caught my eye this morning, too.

That's going to be a thing, isn't it?

Is stating the officer's belief was objectively reasonable a finding of fact or a conclusion of law?
