Now, don't be given anyone ideas, Shannon. We only recently got the right to appeal, much less fund the other side.
Your post makes a great point, though. No matter how bad some rule looks, there always seems to be a worse rule somewhere else.

Martin PetersonI guess "The Practice" (based in Boston) must be more realistic than I thought. Some people kid us about job security-- staff cuts in prosecutors' offices in addition to unrealistic salaries certainly ought to enhance the quality of justice and be cost effective. Kind of frightening that the trial judges are wrong 80% of the time too isn't it?
