Martin PetersonGet a Court to Write Your Brief
Must have been quite a pleasure for the Bexar County CDA to have the Fourteenth Court of Appeals write all they needed for their brief in
Stewart in the opinion in
Garcia, 112 S.W.3d at 849-51 on August 7 (just in time for the September 18 submission of
Stewart to the CCA). Wish I had such luck. Of course, presumably Bridget Holloway had written a wonderful brief on the topic well before August 7. I believe the intoxilizer is going to be alive and well for a while longer, despite the determination of the Fourth Court to throw the DWI law out the window.
