Tarrant County is once again participating in a "No Refusal Weekend" this 4th of July. If your County or agency is likewise planning such a program please let me know by posting in this group and/or by emailing me at ralpert@tarrantcounty.com

No refusal in Austin

I just confirmed with APD that Austin, if not the whole of Travis County, will also be participating in a "no refusal" weekend over July 4.

We are not having a no refusal weekend this 4th of July but August 1st our office (39th Judicial District) will go to no refusal full time on felony DWI's in all four of our counties. We are putting a fax machine at the District Judges house where search warrants can be faxed to him. If the Judge is out of pocket the JP's are willing to help.
