DWI detection in UK
The British (also used in Australia, Italy and Croatia) have a roadside test for alcohol or drugs. They also make it an offense to refuse. Cool.

Actually, I said something similar to that during the session, too. Surprisingly, it didn't seem to help our DWI bill pass ....
