The British (also used in Australia, Italy and Croatia) have a roadside test for alcohol or drugs. They also make it an offense to refuse. Cool.

The only way it will pass in Texas is if you create an exception to its use for legislators. Big Grin

Actually, I said something similar to that during the session, too. Surprisingly, it didn't seem to help our DWI bill pass ....
