Unescorted federal prisoners transferring between prisons
Bad enough to require prison but good enough to transfer themselves between prisons.
What do you think of the practice? I'm sure most readers don't ride the buses, but is it fair to the bus companies and more importantly the other passengers?

Maybe they used the savings to pay for the $328K Air Force One New York City photo op.

Government should be restrained to what it is uniquely qualified and mandated to do. And, it should execute those responsibilities very well. Both of the above violate this axiom.

course they don't cause problems on the buses; that's because that would not be conducive to facilitating their escape.
