D gets busted on a warrant for drugs. During search D has drugs and money on him. One of the hundred dollar bills is counterfeit. Does having counterfeit money constitute forgery?

Probably against the person who gave it to him for the drugs D sold. So D really should go sue civilly for breach of contract for the $100 he's owed.
