D gets busted on a warrant for drugs. During search D has drugs and money on him. One of the hundred dollar bills is counterfeit. Does having counterfeit money constitute forgery? | ||

IF you can prove he possessed with intent to utter AND knew the bill was only made so that it purported to be an issue of money, then certainly. Otherwise . . . | |||
