Police: Laxative required to get evidence from drug suspect

A 26-year-old man has been charged with tampering with evidence after police say he pushed a baggie that was suspected of containing drugs further up his rectum during a strip search at the Travis County Jail, an arrest affidavit said.

Interesting that Laxative Man's case started off with a misdemeanor amount of marijuana. So he too, along with other Travis County offenders, could have avoided discovery by begging for a ticket.

Well, note that he was only charged with tampering with evidence and not POCS. Seems to suggest that the evidence never reappeared in usable form.
