Interesting that Laxative Man's case started off with a misdemeanor amount of marijuana. So he too, along with other Travis County offenders, could have avoided discovery by begging for a ticket. [This message was edited by JB on 03-08-09 at .] | |||

Well, note that he was only charged with tampering with evidence and not POCS. Seems to suggest that the evidence never reappeared in usable form. | |||
