I have used this and gotten several pleas in the past, but I have a motion to quash challenge on a new indictment. Could someone please send me a copy of their recent indictments for continuous sexual abuse of a child. Also, I am indicting one where the actions went across county lines. Does anyone have an indictment with this difference mentioned within the face of the indictment, or is it necessary? Any help would be much appreciated!
